Since I already suspected it was time for a replacement, I went ahead with his recommendation, and he promptly installed a brand-new battery. But that wasn’t all—he went the extra mile. Without me even asking, Raymond topped up all my fluids, checked the air pressure in my tires, and even replaced my key fob battery (which had been giving me trouble).
