It was the first time that I went to this shop based on a recommendation from a friend of my dad. Raymond the technician was easy and informative to work with. He went straight to the point on what could be wrong with my Benz. It would be a diagnostic first and then he would let me know what needs to be done. Within a hour, he called and told me the issue of the car (ignition). He told me the part the car needed and the price along with the labor. He did say it was going to be about a few days or a week to get the job done. Within 5 days, the car was done. He showed me the car part that needed to be replaced and the wear and tear of the part. He gave us the invoice and we paid and went our way. Also best part was his communication with me, gave me updates on the car, and what state they were on with the repair. He is courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.

Raymond and Roger had done an excellent job to service my E300. They can pull out the maintenance history of my car from day one and add their service record in Mercedes system. My previous mechanic never done that. They also advised what else is really necessary to be done instead of doing something not really necessary to save money.

I brought my 2005 Mercedes C55 to Elite Mercedes to have an oil leak repaired. Raymond and his team identified the source of the leak (rear crankshaft seal) and made the repairs in a timely manner and for a very reasonable price. Raymond is very knowledgeable and helpful - he explained the repair process before hand and then showed me all of the old parts that were replaced during the repair. I am very satisfied with Elite Mercedes service, quality and helpful staff and would recommend them to others.
