Had my Service B maintenance done today with Raymond and Roger, and I couldnt be more satisfied. They are both extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. A friend referred me to this shop, and I only wish I had known about it sooner! Another plus is that they can speak Cantonese, which made communication even easier for me. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for reliable and professional car maintenance!

My 2004 E320 had to be towed in to Elite Mercedes. I was told that the brake module was bad and to be replaced. This was supposed to be an expansive part. Raymond worked with Mercedes dealer to get the module free for me because it was still under warranty. The car was fixed in just a few days. I am truly amazed with what Raymond had done. Imagine a 20 years old car and the part is still under warranty ? Have to say that Raymond is quite knowledgeable about Mercedes parts that are under warranty and very honest. I totally trust Raymond and will definitely bring my car back for repair when required.

My car had been immobile for about three months, and they went above and beyond to get it back on the road. They were super communicative, calling as soon as they diagnosed the problem and giving me an estimated timeline for completion. Not only did they thoroughly diagnose the issue and provide clear communication throughout the process, but they also surprised me with a freshly washed car when I picked it up! I hadn’t had a chance to put on my new registration sticker, and they took care of it for me—including removing the old ones. It’s the little details like this that truly set them apart. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming; we even bonded over our favorite hiking trails in Yosemite! You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and their vehicles.
