Had my Service B maintenance done today with Raymond and Roger, and I couldnt be more satisfied. They are both extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. A friend referred me to this shop, and I only wish I had known about it sooner! My 2004 E320 had to be towed in to Elite Mercedes. I was told that the brake module was bad and to be replaced. This was supposed to be an expansive part. Raymond worked with Mercedes dealer to get the module free for me because it was still under warranty. The car was fixed in just a few days. I am truly amazed with what Raymond had done. Imagine a 20 years old car and the part is still under warranty ? Have to say that Raymond is quite knowledgeable about Mercedes parts that are under warranty and very honest. I totally trust Raymond and will definitely bring my car back for repair when required.

I had to jump-start my car earlier in the day and wanted to get my battery checked to see if it still had life or needed replacing. Without an appointment, I decided to take a chance and drive over. From the moment I arrived, Raymond and his team were incredibly welcoming and professional. Despite being busy, Raymond took the time to personally inspect my car. He tested the battery, checked the charging system, and confirmed that the battery was on its last legs. Since I already suspected it was time for a replacement, I went ahead with his recommendation, and he promptly installed a brand-new battery. But that wasn’t all—he went the extra mile. Without me even asking, Raymond topped up all my fluids, checked the air pressure in my tires, and even replaced my key fob battery (which had been giving me trouble). Highly Recommended. Very knowledgeable and friendly mechanics. They performed broken cylinder repair service in a very timely manner and at a very reasonable price much lower than a dealership would charge.
