Ray is the BEST Mercedes mechanic around. He is responsive, hardworking, and honest. He always goes over options and repairs patiently and clearly. I really value his opinion and expertise when it comes to making all the repairs or just some to keep my pre-2010 Mercedes in good running order. I have NEVER had to wait longer than I wanted to get in for a repair. Car repairs are never cheap, but I can always count on the quality, speed, and service of Elite Mercedes!
