This is my second year come back for annual maintenance of my 2014 SLK at Elite Mercedes, and again, I’m very happy with Raymond and his team. Raymond provided the services with honest, he called and let me know what need to be done and have my consent before proceed the work, and I’m very happy with that, since I knew my expenses ahead not by surprise. Raymond was great. He was polite and very knowledgeable. His tech, Hin was also very friendly and professional he helped me by walking me through the problems and gave me better and cost friendly solution.
