This is my second year come back for annual maintenance of my 2014 SLK at Elite Mercedes, and again, I’m very happy with Raymond and his team. Raymond provided the services with honest, he called and let me know what need to be done and have my consent before proceed the work, and I’m very happy with that, since I knew my expenses ahead not by surprise. Beside that, Raymond always changed the battery for my key fob when I visited for annual services, a small gesture but very kind and means a lot to me. Thank you, Raymond, and your team! His tech, Hin was also very friendly and professional he helped me by walking me through the problems and gave me better and cost friendly solution. Raymond knows what he is doing. Not only that he is technically good but also his service charges are reasonable. He delivers on time and maintains clear communication with the customer. My E350's hand gear was broken apart and my car was immovable. So I called multiple places and got the best response from him. Besides replacing my hand gear module with a new one, he also replaced both the main and aux batteries. Moreover, he fixed the vibration problem in my car and he did all of this in less than two days. I am a happy camper now 🙂
