Steering wheel latch broken and 10 years old car battery died. Problems took care by Mr. Raymond Lam in manner time and he is really a professional mechanic who understand the Mercedes car well in and out. Job well done, Mr Ray.

My car has been fixed on time and was handle good by the owner shop. I trust this shop and will stop by again for help.

Elite Mercedes service in Milpitas is very professional and good. My 2013 GLK had an electric warning sign and try a couple of auto shops and with no luck. Raymond was very good and found out the problem and fixed it at a reasonable price.

Elite Mercedes was referred to me by my retired Mechanics quite a while ago. I didn’t use it because it was not close to my home. However, I’ve been having check engine light on issue for a few months. I took to two other mechanics who gave me the same diagnosis. Since this would be a major issue, I decided to take to elite Mercedes to get the third opinion. Other than the diagnosis that I already knew, they give me the major reason to my decision making. I really appreciate for the help from Raymond and Roger. And I would highly recommend them to others. Unfortunately if in the future that I have to buy a new car, which is not Mercedes, then I am not able to go to see them for help. Lol
