Getting an appointment over the phone was easy. Raymond was very knowledgeable and explained to us thoroughly what he found out about my problems with my car. He was very clear on what needs to be done & gave us clear estimates as to the cost. All in all we were very satisfied with the service we got at Elite Mercedes. Excellent knowledge with quality workmanship iin timely manners. While they were on vacation, my AC acting up blowing warm air. Spent 3 trips in 6 days at another shop without success. Took Raymond a few hours to diagnosed the AC root causes. Experience counts.
