Raymond is an excellent mechanic as he shared his background with me as a service mechanic at a local Mercedes dealership. He has always explained and reviewed his services as well as pointing out potential services to look out for. Each time he services my E350, he returns it clean and shiny. I recently had a light bulb to out after a service, and he replaced it without a charge. Although it does not have a nice lounge area like the local Mercedes dealership, Raymond makes up for it with affordable rates and quality service.

Brought in my car with an appointment. Waited no time to get my car checked for the noise issue. Raymond found the problem and fixed it right away. Quick and clean. He also checked other possible issues with my car and gave some recommendation. Very satisfied. Thanks!

Hard to find good non-dealer MB shops. I trust Raymond and his shop provides best class service. I moved to Gilroy and he still my go to.

Best shop I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been a customer for over 12 years. Ray knows his “stuff” and goes the extra mile in assuring my car is safe and well maintained. Unlike other shops he has talked me out of certain repairs that other shops would jump on to rake you over the coals. Ray is a man of great knowledge and integrity!!!
