Raymond was very patient in explaining the 'Front brakes grinding' issue with my car. He accommodated my schedule changes and finished the repairs on time. He was COVID prepared and offered a free exterior car wash and sanitized my car keys before returning, which I really appreciated. Overall, an good 1st experience.

Excellent service. Met time promised completion and the car was cleaned. In addition we were shuttled to a place of our choice while waiting for the car and then picked us up also. I highly recommend this place.

I was referred to Raymond from a retired Specialist of Mercedes Mechanic - Mr. Ming Lin, and the first time I came to see Raymond to have my car services, I felt like I knew Raymond a long time already. Raymond’s warm welcome and easy going manner given me a trustworthy feeling, the same trust feeling that had when I met Mr. Ming 5 years ago. I would like to thanks Mr. Ming for sending me to a good hand, and I wanted to thanks Raymond and his group for taken a good care of my car. After the annual services, my car now smooth and very light as I drive on the freeway. Raymond also provided the pricing upfront with the tasks that need to be done on my car which given me a peace of mind as I knew exactly how much the expenses on the services.
