Raymond was recommended to me by a friend who retired from his own business of Mercedes repair. I was in Milpitas one day and my check engine light came on so I decided to drive over to Elite Mercedes. I met Raymond who took the time to diagnose my check engine light and then when he went to start my benz it wouldn't start. He found out that my battery needed to be replaced and I was lucky that he had one in stock. He took the time to replace my battery while I waited a short period of time.
