Excellent service. Met time promised completion and the car was cleaned. In addition we were shuttled to a place of our choice while waiting for the car and then picked us up also. I highly recommend this place.

I was referred to Raymond from a retired Specialist of Mercedes Mechanic - Mr. Ming Lin, and the first time I came to see Raymond to have my car services, I felt like I knew Raymond a long time already. Raymond’s warm welcome and easy going manner given me a trustworthy feeling, the same trust feeling that had when I met Mr. Ming 5 years ago. I would like to thanks Mr. Ming for sending me to a good hand, and I wanted to thanks Raymond and his group for taken a good care of my car. After the annual services, my car now smooth and very light as I drive on the freeway. Raymond also provided the pricing upfront with the tasks that need to be done on my car which given me a peace of mind as I knew exactly how much the expenses on the services. Best place to take your Mercedes! I take my car here for any repairs/service needed and so thankful I found a place that is so trustworthy. I took my car to the dealer for an airbag recall a couple months ago and they told me I needed some repairs on my car that were necessary sooner then later. I took it to Elite for these "said repairs" and low and behold....I did not need the repairs! Bring your car in to Elite...you will glad you did. They are extremely knowledgeable and super courteous... they even wash your car for you :) I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Raymond was recommended to me by a friend who retired from his own business of Mercedes repair. I was in Milpitas one day and my check engine light came on so I decided to drive over to Elite Mercedes. I met Raymond who took the time to diagnose my check engine light and then when he went to start my benz it wouldn't start. He found out that my battery needed to be replaced and I was lucky that he had one in stock. He took the time to replace my battery while I waited a short period of time. I also found out that Raymond knows another person that I know, what a small world. Thank you for your help!
