Ray is awesome! I was nervous about not using the dealership on my Mercedes, but I am so glad I found him. He is very honest and up front with you. He will diagnose issues and call you with the estimates. Services and estimates are less than what you would be charged at the dealer- and it is the same service you would receive at the dealer because he also worked at Mercedes previously for a number of years! I highly reccomenf!

Excellent customer service and the process went very smooth with the service performed on my vehicle. Raymond (Service Manager) and along with the other service team members were very helpful and answered all my questions/ inquiries with great thorough knowledge and my vehicle was finished the same day :)

This is my 3rd year going back to Elite Mercedes for my Mercedes maintenance. Raymond is always helpful and save me money to take the right maintenance package. Very honest and trusted place to bring my car in. The staffs are also polite and treat customer right.
