I have been using the shop for many years, started with my Mercedez, then added my BMW, .Lexus over the years. The Mercedez is about 18 years old now, BMW 15, Lexus14 and 8 years respectively. Raymond has always been honest, straight forward and fair and I know I can trust his recommendations and quality of repair.

I have brought my Mercedes C63 to Elite Mercedes each time for service for the past few years. The staff is extremely helpful, taking their time explain service options. If they find any additional issues while servicing your vehicle they document it with picture/video and contact you immediately. I appreciate that they take time with your vehicle, not like the dealership where you are just a number and they simply do the minimum to get you in and out, to get the next car in. I am so glad I found Elite Mercedes and there will be no more dreaded dealership visits.....except for any recalls. I refer all friends and family to Elite.
