I have been asking around for a good mechanic for my car and my coworker recommended me this place since the entire family goes there for maintenance ( all 4 siblings own a Mercedes) I am so happy with my experience and I highly recommended this place to Mercedes owners. Pls look for Raymond Lam, and you would feel comfortable talking to him. Excellent customer service! He’ll explain everything that needs to be done and I didn’t feel that he’s ripping me off like my past experiences. I’ll give this place 5 star!!!

Raymond is outstanding for diagnosing and repairing my 2008 mercedes s550 He and his brother, Roger, will greet you with a smile and end with a handshake that says be happy don’t worry your car is in good hands. Excellent experience at this repair shop for Mercedes. Raymond is very knowledgeable with Mercedes related repairs. He follows the proper procedures for accurately diagnosing issues with the car. A repair is only as good as the person diagnosing the issues and Raymond is very good at doing what he does.

I was very happy to find a local Mercedes service center near where I live. Raymond, service manager was very nice and kind to his customer. I found the service here is excellent and honest. They didn't charge the standard $25 for rotating tires just because I didn't ask and they felt that it should be done. I would certainly come back again for future service needs on my Mercedes.
