Raymond is the man! Super nice and easy to talk to. I took my W221 in to get checked out since it was acting weird and I didn’t know what it was. Anytime my car have problem I brought my ML to Elite Mercedes in Milpitas my car needed some serious work on the suspension system and replacement Crankshaft Angle Sensor,old change Raymond explained the process took his time to do the job right and finished on time at a cost that was very competitive I so happy I will definitely come back again.
