This review was long pending. Since, I was staying in Milpitas, this is the best thing that could happen for my Mercedes Benz SLK 320. The service was due in about 1000 miles in the later part of 2012. I went to Raymond and he fixed some small issues without any $$ and also suggested few things. I got my service B done here after 1K mile and that cost me only $280. I got some ad hoc work done too - all professionally done with reasonable charge. Ray has worked in Mercedes for 14 years. The best thing is that Raymond is very honest. In March 2014, when I asked him about the comdition of my car and whether I should leep it, he suggested me to sell it, not looking to keep it for too long. Because he did foresee some significant future expenses in service and parts. Which auto repair guy would suggest you something like that knowing that your next car is not going to be a merc (I had told him about my plan - I was looking for a BMW 335i or Subaru WRX). And look at this - when I contacted him to do a pre-purchase inspection, Raymond declined. Why? Because he just suggested me to go to someone who is specialist in BMW. Really? That's honesty for you. I ended up paying $150 somewhere else which he could have had from me. I hold Raymond and his shop in very high regard. Now I have a BMW 335i and a Miata MX5 but I can't go to him anymore - and that's sad. If you got a Benz (or any other car, if Raymond starts fixing them too), go see him.
