MILPITAS MERCEDES REPAIR

Raymond is outstanding for diagnosing and repairing my 2008 mercedes s550 He and his brother, Roger, will greet you with a smile and end with a handshake that says be happy don’t worry your car is in good hands. Elite Motors Mechanics are outstanding and their fantastic Service is reasonably priced. You can find a free or better courtesy car clean for you as a customer anywhere else!! .

You’ve done it again Raymond and Roger! Thank you as always for your exceptional service!

Great service. The same services that dealerships offer. Raymond and Roger were both very helpful. Have a go to place now for the Merc.

Excellent experience at this repair shop for Mercedes. Raymond is very knowledgeable with Mercedes related repairs. He follows the proper procedures for accurately diagnosing issues with the car. A repair is only as good as the person diagnosing the issues and Raymond is very good at doing what he does.

I was very happy to find a local Mercedes service center near where I live. Raymond, service manager was very nice and kind to his customer. I found the service here is excellent and honest. They didn't charge the standard $25 for rotating tires just because I didn't ask and they felt that it should be done. I would certainly come back again for future service needs on my Mercedes. Thank you Elite Mercedes.

ONLY place to take your Mercedes in the Bay Area especially if its an AMG!

Thank you for being so efficient . . .again, and again, and again!

My car was ready to pick-up on-time and as quoted plus there were some other issues that they found in there inspection. I was contacted immediately and given the option to fix at a very reasonable cost. "Very honest and professional" I would highly recommend Elite to anyone who needs quality work done on there car. Thanks guys

My first time my car ML 320 SUV was serviced at Elite Mercedes. .My daughter made a thorough research on different Mercedes car services in the Bay area and I agree to my daughter's recommendation. I read all the customers reviews on Yelp and most of it were positive comments and that made me consider taking my car to this shop. I was completely satisfied with the work and I felt Ray was honest and trustworthy. His brother, I'm sorry I forgot his name even cleaned and polished my car which I am very grateful. I would highly recommend this business should you need a car service for job satisfaction and with trustworthy personnel. Thank you Ray and brother

Professional and trustful MB experts that I highly recommend!
