I took my 2007 E63 and I couldn't be happier with my visit to Elite Mercedes! I spoke with Raymond over the phone and explained everything my issues: service F, engine check light and the rear sunshade stopped working. After dropping off my car (I didn't have a ride back home so I was going to call Uber), Raymond offered me a ride to the nearest BART station. He inspected my car the same day and discovered that the engine check could be caused by a faulty relay, the sunshade could be the motor failing, but that I also needed new engine mounts.My car was finished much faster than I expected - I think it was done the next day. Raymond showed me everything he inspected and showed me the old motor mounts (the fluid started leaking). He also showed me all of the codes the computer was spitting out and an itemized list of everything inspected and work performed. They also washed my car. On top of everything else, Raymond didn't charge me for the rear sunshade motor check since it was my first visit!If you have a Mercedes, this is the place to take it. They definitely think of the customer first, are extremely knowledgeable and best of all, honest. These guys have won me over already and I know I won't be going anywhere else!
