Highly recommend Raymond and his shop for Mercedes service. Raymond was able to fit me in the day I called, and performed overnight pressure testing on my SLK350 because I suspected a coolant leak. Fortunately he did not find any leaks, and was very honest in his report to me over the phone. I proceeded to have him perform a minor service since my car was already at his shop, just for peace of mind, and he completed the work very quickly. The icing on the cake was that I told Raymond I needed a smog check completed in the next week, and he brought my car to the smog check station across the street and had it done for me! When all work was completed, his brother came to pick me up from my house, and the ride was very smooth in an E-class. Everything was waiting for me when I arrived, and I had my car back, smog check completed, in less than 15 minutes after I arrived at his shop. The only thing to watch out for is the front door, it's slightly raised so I tripped over it on my way out and ripped the front of my sandal..but that's a small price to pay for such excellent service. Thanks Raymond, this was a top-notch experience that confirmed I will never return to the dealership for service. I'll be back to your shop when my car is due for its next service!
