I've taken my 2004 Mercedes for breaks and other services. Raymond(the owner) provides me exceptional services. He was professional, honest and his service charge is reasonable. The one things that I like about his services is that he does not charge you for diagnosing the problem. After diagnosing the problem, he would informed you about the problems and the service charge before he work on it. After the work is done, he would provide you receipts for the products and services that was being done to your car, so you know exactly what was being done to your car. I was happy with the services that Elite Mercedes Service & Repair was provided and would come back again for future services. I would highly recommend you to give Elite Mercedes Auto a try before going else where.

Craig and Ray at Elite Mercedes are AWESOME. I have known Craig for sometime now and he is one of the most honest mechanic out there. My girlfriend took her car there thinking that her brakes are bad on her 2006 Lexus IS 350 and expecting to spend her entire paycheck on it. What Craig did was inspect the brakes carefully and told her that everything is fine and did not charge her at all! I feel that some mechanics out there would of taken the opportunity to make a quick buck, but not Craig. Finally an honest shop. I am the type of person that prefers to fix things even before they are broken and Craig always explain and let me know that it is not time for me to fix things that are not broken. Even when I am throwing money at him, he wouldn't take it. My brother-in-law also takes my mother's Mercedes S500, GMC Denali XL, his LS400, my sister's Mercedes E55 there as well. This is an honest review, if I could take my car there for dealership warranties, I would, because dealerships sucks, they say they do all these things for your car when you take it there, but in the end they don't do worth a jack. They should make an iphone App call Craig from Elite Mercedes, whenever you hear a weird noise from your car, you hit a button on your iphone and Craig will pop up and take care of your car for you.

Greg at Elite Mercedes is the best technician I ever seen. He performs all work on my E350 with outstanding quality and best rates. I am very happy to have him and Elite Mercedes as independent Mercedes mechanic. Definitely recommend their service.

Ray at Elite is awesome! He is knowledgeable not just in Mercedes, but also in LEXUS and BMW. I have a LEXUS IS 250 and is referred to him for a regular tune up. He knows his stuff, honest, reasonable, and had a very good turn around time. He also spent like 1/2 an hour to taught me how to use all those fancy options such as NAV, storage, calenders, etc.

Ray at Elite Mercedes provided me with excellent service at a very reasonable price point.His expertise and knowledge about Mercedes is vast, but he has a very down-to-earth style that makes you feel comfortable and trust his feedback. I have taken my Mercedes to a few different repair shops in the bay area, and would highly recommend Ray's service over all the rest.
