Raymond is awesome. I usually go to Tony's Mercedes Exclusively off Stevens Creek but as I live in Milpitas and it's a lot harder to arrange transportation - I gave Raymond a shot to fix a couple of things and I really liked him. It's really hard to find an honest mechanic who you feel you can trust. He worked at Mercedes for years so he really knows what he is doing and if he can't take care of it - he lets you know.Then my car did not start suddenly on a sunday as I was out shopping so i had it towed to his shop - he was able to look at it and tell me it was the fuel pump when AAA was estimating catalytic converter and other disastrous potential money sucking items. Was able to give me estimates on everything and was right on target with timetables. When I showed up to pick it up, he had even washed the car and changed my wipers! My filthy filthy car. And thank goodness he put the rain-x on because we had a major storm the following week. You know, the one week it rains here in California. 8-)I was thanking goodness for him the entire rainy week. But I encourage you to support the local small business mechanics.

Raymond at Elite Mercedes is my new mechanic for my 2005 SL 500.I brought in my car to Raymond because of a brake sensor that came on my display panel. Raymond took his time to exam my car with the computer analysis.He told me that the malfunction is cover by Mercedes Benz and I should take it back to them to get this fix. He didn't charge me for the diagnosis and he was very knowledgeable with Mercedes. I would definitely take my car back to Raymond again.I changed my license plate bulb and didn't charge me. Raymond is awesome.Thanks Raymond for your help and assistance. I will come back and see you again for sure and would recommend Raymond to all my friends.

I brought my car here to Raymond who was honest and upfront with all the service and details, than Kenny who did a fantastic job on the service B for my C230 also made sure the car was nice and shinny when i picked the car up. True Elite Mercedes Services Here!

Place charged me $175 for servicing my vehicle which i think is a pretty fair price considering what others are chargin out there ($250 or more).Raymond is a straight shooter and will tell u what u do or dont need. Hell also give you advice on what service he can do to save you money.The guy even let me use his wifi while i was waitin for my vehicleThe only negative is that he forgot to top off my windshield wiper fluid. My vehicle did indicate that it needed for fluid and when i got it back that indicator was still on. Since its not a huge deal, ill give em a pass.By the way, they even give ur a car a courtesy wash if theres time!

came to Raymond's shop through a friend's recommendation. i don't drive a mercedes, but Raymond was very helpful with my maintenance needs, with very reasonable price. he's flexible on the hours too. i'll come back for sure. highly recommended!

I get my regular Service A and B done here ... Also had my Tail light's fixed/ break heads changed... They always use genuine Mercedes parts and for the labor cost they charge you half of the dealer price...Raymond and his crew really know what they're doing and they really do provide amazing service

I had a broken differential, and Craig helped me save thousands of dollars (according to a quote by another independent Mercedes mechanic) by sourcing for a great used part. The car was returned on time, with the problem fixed. I definitely recommend them! With the high number of Mercedes on the road, I hope their new business takes off.
