My Mercede E63S has been maintainted by Raymond and team at Elite for the past 5 years and I am totally satisfied with their service quality from the standpoints of professionism and warm and humble attitute. I would give them an A+++ rating because my car is a sport version and requires extra high skill, knowledge and experience and Elite is just service it perfectly everytime I pull it into their shop. Other worthy mentioning is their schedule and thoroughness in servicing. Last not the least they are so honest and reasonable in service cost , much reasonable than most you can find etsewhere.
